Eagan was selected to the 15-member first team while Treml was tabbed to the 17-player second team. Eagan, who garnered all-region accolades for the third straight year, also added All-Midwest Region second team mention from D3baseball.com.
This season, Eagan led UW-Oshkosh with a .377 batting average, 60 hits, 42 runs scored, four home runs, 88 total bases and a .553 slugging percentage. He concluded the year leading the WIAC in batting average while ranking third in the league in hits, runs scored, walks (24), triples (3), slugging percentage and on-base percentage (.456); fourth in total bases; sixth in runs batted in (32); and eighth in doubles (8).
Eagan, a three-time All-WIAC first team performer, was named to the All-Midwest Region Second Team last season and to the Third Team in 2015.
Eagan, who reached base in 37 consecutive games this year, had a 21-game hitting streak from April 8 to May 5. He went 5-for-5 with a conference record-tying three doubles, one home run, four runs scored and three runs batted in during an 8-0 win over UW-Platteville on April 22.
Eagan concluded his three-year Titan baseball career with a .375 batting average, 185 hits, 128 runs scored, 39 doubles, seven home runs, 91 runs batted in, 45 stolen bases and a .452 on-base percentage in 125 games.
Treml, who picked up his first all-region accolade, produced a 5-3 record with a team-best 3.00 earned run average, 53 strikeouts and 72 innings pitched. He tossed four complete games, including a WIAC-leading three shutouts this year. He ranks second in the conference in complete games, third in innings pitched, fourth in strikeouts, and fifth in both wins and earned run average.
Treml, an All-WIAC first team selection this year, pitched a two-hit shutout with 10 strikeouts against UW-Platteville and six-hitters against both Bowdoin College (Maine) on March 22 and UW-La Crosse on April 13.
In his first two collegiate seasons, Treml sports a 9-8 record with 103 strikeouts in 130 innings pitched across 22 appearances, including 17 as a starter.
Joining Eagan on the ABCA's All-Midwest First Team were Augsburg College's (Minn.) Josh Marlowe, Concordia University Chicago's Bryan VanDuser and Mitch Wilson, Concordia University Wisconsin's Bryan Thomas, Macalester College's (Minn.) Alex Baretta, Saint John's University's (Minn.) Wyatt Ulrich, University of St. Thomas' (Minn.) Henry DeCaster, UW-La Crosse's Caleb Boushley, UW-Stevens Point's Kyle Mrozinski, and UW-Whitewater's Steve Chamberlain, Austin Jones, Brett Krause and Heath Renz.
VanDuser was named the Midwest Region Player of the Year by both the ABCA and D3baseball.com while Renz was selected the region's Pitcher of the Year by both organizations.
