UW-Oshkosh's Matt Wilke won both diving events at the Luther College Swimming & Diving Invitational held Saturday (Jan. 13) in Decorah, Iowa.
Wilke earned 462.15 points off the 1-meter board and 488.60 points off the 3-meter plank. He was the lone male competitor in both categories.
In the women's division, UW-Oshkosh's Gabrielle Kraus and Johnna Seelman both placed in the top 10 off the 1-meter board. Kraus finished third among the event's 13 participants with 409.10 points and Seelman 10th with 270.45.
UW-La Crosse swept the top-two finishes in the 1-meter diving as Kayley Alioto placed first with 449.90 points and Caroline Halverson second with 412.15.
UW-Oshkosh did not have a competitor in the women's 3-meter diving, a six-person event won by UW-La Crosse's Alioto with 483.55 points.
Both UW-Oshkosh men's and women's swimming & diving teams return to action with a home meet against Beloit College on Friday (Jan. 19) in Albee Hall.
